Joe Buxton joined Residential Finance in 2006 as a loan officer and was quickly promoted to branch manager and later vice president of sales. In his new role of senior vice president, he is responsible for fostering communication and teamwork throughout the company as well as hiring, compensation, rewards and recognition among the sales & operations team.  Joe Buxton has won numerous awards during his tenure at Residential Finance & PMAC Lending,  including the President's Club Award for Excellence in Sales Management for the last three years.
